the existing
Bio-Energy Recovery System.

CONSTRUCTION
COST: $1.0 million (KGI's portion of work)
SCOPE
OF WORK: KGI was responsible for preparing P&IDs,
equipment data sheets, piping plans, and piping isometric
drawings with material take-offs. KGI was also responsible
for performing all calculations for sizing piping, pumps
and other equipment.
The
project included the following equipment:
- New
900 scfm Bio-Gas Compressor Skid.
- New
570 scfm Bio-Gas Dryer Skid.
- Two
new Off-Gas Fans and Carbon Filters
- Bio-Mass
Load-Out Station.
- Two
new 2,500 scfm Sulfide Oxidation Blowers
- Cooling
Towers Overflow and Chemical Feed System
- New
3,300 gpm Jet Mixer Pumps.
- New
Mg(OH)2 Tank Mixer and Platforms.
- Four
new Reactor Feed Pumps.
- New
Water Reclaim System.
