was responsible for performing the pipe stress analysis
to evaluate the effect of thermal forces, weight and

terminal movements on the existing and proposed piping
systems. The study was performed to ensure the piping
system is adequately supported and anchored for the
proposed design conditions.
The Caesar computer program
marketed by COADE Engineering Software was used to perform
the pipe stress analysis. The study recommendations
included type of pipe supports to be used, locations
of proposed pipe supports and expected loadings, locations
of restraints and expansion joints and expected loads
to the pump nozzles.
