SCOPE OF WORK: KGI has an open services agreement with Chevron to perform engineering services as required. Under this agreement, KGI had performed several small projects.

Some of the representative projects included:

• Improvements to existing Clarifiers and Flow Splitter Box at the Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
• Hydraulic Evaluation and study of Erosion Control. alternatives for Super Ditch carrying clean storm water.
• Improvements to existing Olefins Unit Tank Farm Drainage.
